* All massage sessions are by appointment only

* The last appointment of the day will begin no later than 4:30pm.

*Any appointment requested outside of normal hours will have a $25 fee added. I reserve the right to refuse the request.

* All massage and bodyworks is taxable in Ohio, unless you have a prescription for massage from your Physician or Chiropractor. If you have one, give me a copy for your file and I will deduct the tax from your massage.
