LATE SHOW, NO SHOW, & CANCELLATION POLICIES
LATE SHOW: Life happens sometimes and we can’t avoid being late. If you are up to 15 minutes late you can still receive your massage, but the time will not be extended beyond your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged $25 and can choose to be rescheduled and use whatever time you have left of the scheduled appointment.
NO SHOW, NO CALL: If you do not call and/or do not show up for your massage I will charge your card on file for the full amount. NO EXCEPTIONS except documentable emergency situations. If I don’t have a card for you on file, I will bar you from being able to schedule again until you have paid for the missed appointment. If you had scheduled the appointment with a gift certificate, the gift certificate will be recorded as redeemed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You have up to 24 hrs to cancel your appointment. Any cancellations after the 24 hrs will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS except documentable emergency situations, i.e. car troubles, or sickness. If I do not have a card on file, you will be barred from scheduling again until this fee is paid.
